Piedefermo

Piedefermo is born from a complex but determined choice. Without the use of chemicals, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar, it is produced by reviving traditional winemaking methods of the territory, with a focus on sustainability.

Winemaking: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on part of the skins in small containers, with manual punch-downs throughout the alcoholic fermentation. Aging for about 8 months in steel tanks
