Capofitto is a wine conceived and inspired by the old winemaking methods historically used in our territory through the exclusive use of native grape varieties and traditional winemaking techniques.

Training System: Spalliera (Guyot)

Plant Density: 5000 vines per hectare

Harvest Period: First week of October

Harvest Type: Manual in small crates

Winemaking: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on part of the skins for the entire duration of alcoholic fermentation. Aging for about 6 months on fine lees in steel tanks

Alcohol Content: 13.5% Vol
